Kaikorai Area
We lived in Kaikorai Valley for many years, in Manchester Street and Glenross Street. Some of the landmarks have gone now - for instance, Wong's Greengrocer on the corner of Kaikorai Valley Road and Taieri Road; also a reserve where Marc's Motors is now. The reserve was inspiration for many of my paintings of that time.
